Ingredients1 small onion, chopped
MethodSaute the onion and sweet pepper in the olive oil until softened. Add the garlic and sauté for one minute. Stir in the chicken and continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour over the apple juice and stock and stir in the courgette and sweet potato. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for about 8 minutes. Stir in the peas and continue to cook for 3 minutes. This recipie very tasty but my son has an allergy to something in the ingredients. Its a pity because its lovely and he liked it too. i will try again when my sons alittle older.
