Cod with Squash

Cod with Butternut Squash and Cheese

To introduce your baby to fish you can simply cook some fresh cod in a microwave.

Tasty Chicken & Rice

Tasty Chicken & Rice

You can make this with my tiny organic pasta shells or some left over cooked rice.

Bolognese

Bolognese Sauce
You can make your own delicious Bolognese in minutes.

Salmon Puree

My Cherry Yoghurt Ice Cream
Its very important to introduce oily fish like salmon into your baby’s diet from 7 months.

Chicken Puree

Chicken, Sweet Potato and Apple
It’s a good idea to blend chicken with apple to bring out a natural sweetness that babies like.

Broccoli  Pasta

Pasta with Broccoli & Cheese
It’s a good idea to mix broccoli with my Cheese sauce.

We have used Annabels books (we have 3!!) since our 5 year old was on solids. We eat the meals as a family and have not found a single recipe that we dont like! Our 8 month old daughter is also now enjoying all of the recipes. The purees are so tasty that you dont mind trying them yourself!!

I used Annabel's recipes 10 years ago with my son and daughter and never made a bad meal. I think at that time I was the only one I knew making her own baby food. He is 11 now and she is 8 and they will try anything and they both love an aray of foods beyond what most kids their ages eat. I know its because I gave them so many options when they were small. I am so excited to bring out Annabel's cookbooks again and to try some new recipes with my new little girl.

Hi all, I have just registered and am looking forward to giving my little baby Emilia foods other than usual pre-boxed and ready made foods I normally pick up in the supermarket, I can feel myself getting into a bit of a routine, a routine I am getting bored of, I want to make sure she is getting all the nutrients she needs, and I want to make her foods with my own hands. xxx

Does anyone have any advice on how to get my 6 month old more interested in breakfast?? I started weaning at 5 months, she just doesn't seem that hungry in the morning which is weird as she sleeps from 7pm to 7am no problem she takes about 6oz of milk when she wakes up but not interested in any fruit, yog or cereal I would have thought she would be starving!!
