Sourcing the freshest local ingredients
Our vegetables are harvested from the fields of nearby Yorkshire Farms or from neighbouring counties’ farms.  Once the vegetables are taken from the ground they're immediately sent to our vegetable supplier, Troy Foods, for cleaning, peeling and preparing.
 
Quality, trusted, local supplier partnerships
Troy Foods take the freshest vegetables from the farms and prepare them for use in our Eat Fussy dishes. No produce is held on their site and instead it arrives direct from the farms as fresh as can be. We order our vegetables at 1pm and they are delivered fully cleaned and prepared by 5am the following morning!
 
Creating the Eat Fussy Recipes
All of the ingredients are then brought together in our Eat Fussy kitchens to create the Eat Fussy recipes. Alongside the freshest vegetables, we use the best meat and poultry in terms of quality and animal welfare. Our chicken comes direct from farms, which are part of the Red Tractor Scheme - defined as food you can trust, kind to animals, caring to the environment and independently checked. Our beef is Aberdeen Angus, which is acknowledged to be the best tasting beef available, produced to the highest standards.

All of our dishes contain natural, quality, wholesome, kitchen cupboard ingredients with no added salt, preservatives, additives, sugar or colourings.
 
Steam fresh cooking
We then take the dishes to be cooked in our ovens using a state-of-the-art process called ‘steam fresh cooking’. This process not only adds quality to the products by keeping in essential vitamins and flavours, but it also ensures the products are completely food safe. This means your child is 100% protected against bacteria such as Campylobacter, Staphylococcus, E coli, Salmonellae as they are all destroyed during our steam fresh cooking process. The products are then rapidly chilled, ready for despatch the following day to our customers.
