Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is valid from 1.2.2012 to 30.4.2012
2. Entry is open to all UK and Channel Island residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, except employees of Annabel Karmel or employees of Vertbaudet  her sister companies and their families.
3. No purchase is necessary, but you must be a registered member of www.annabelkarmel.com to participate.
4. The prize draw expires at midnight 30th April 20121, late entries will not be accepted, one entry per registered member.
5. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent third party and will be informed by either e-mail, phone or post within two weeks after the closing date of the free prize draw.
6. One only entry per registered member.
7. The judge’s decision is final; the winner’s name will be available on request by sending a SAE to: Vertbaudet Shopping Spree Prize Draw, PO Box 839, Amersham, HP6 9GQ.
8. The single prize of £250 will be credited to the Verbaudet account of the winner. In the event that the winner doesn’t not have a Vertbaudet account a cash account will be opened and can be closed when the £250 credit has been used.
9. The prize is not transferable
