Meet JO TANTUM, the UK’s No 1 sensible baby sleep expert, who has helped hundreds of parents get their baby to sleep.

Since the publication of her best-selling book Baby Secrets, How to Know Your Baby's Needs, Jo's no-nonsense but caring baby techniques - no ultra strict routines or distraught babies - have made her one of the most successful baby experts in the world.

The Penguin book helped turn Jo, 38, into a household name with several appearances and interviews on national television, including Richard and Judy's popular afternoon chat show and GMTV.

She is particularly knowledgable about sleep, and has help hundreds of exhausted parents to teach their baby to sleep through the night. She is also a twins specialist and has worked with over 30 sets.
