• Crisps and salty snacks.

• Shellfish.

• Undercooked eggs.

• Mould ripened soft cheese e.g. Brie and blue cheese.

• Artificial sweeteners.

• Added fibre in the form of bran which can affect your baby’s ability to absorb calcium, zinc and iron and other vitamins and minerals.
