| Apples and pears are easy to digest, so make great baby food. They are also unlikely to cause an allergy which is why they are generally the first fruits we introduce. Adding a vanilla pod gives the fruit a lovely flavour. If you don’t have a vanilla pod, you could add a small cinnamon stick or a pinch of dried cinnamon to the fruit. | ||
