- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1tbsp tomato puree
- 2tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 2 small round pittas (or 1 large)

The hob needs an adult so just watch or help on these steps.
2. Make the tomato base
Chop and fry the onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add the arlic and cook for 1 minute. Then stir in the tomato puree, ketchup, and water.
3. Split the pittas
Split the pittas in half and toast lightly until crisp.
Divide the tomato base between the pittas and spread out right to the edges.
4. Add cheese
Ask an adult to help you grate the cheese.
Scatter the cheese over the tomato base
5. Now add topping
Choose your favourite toppings and place on top of the cheese.
Try making a pattern or a face.
Grill for 1 - 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
