It's important to remember that vitamin supplements are not a substitute for a good, healthy diet as they contain only a small propotion of the nutritional benefits available from good food.

• A variety of nuts e.g. cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts, pine nuts. • Sesame seeds. • Pumpkin seeds. • Sunflower seeds. Don’t give whole nuts to children under five. Finely chopped nuts or nut butters are fine. |
