• At birth, your baby had no idea her arms and legs were attached to her. Soon she’ll start exploring her body and the parts she’ll discover first are her hands and feet. • Cries for comfort or feeding. • Recognises her parents voices. • Your baby will probably respond to familiar tunes (e.g. soap themes) more or less from birth if they have been exposed to it regularly in the womb.
