Halloween hubble bubble casserole

4 points per serving
low fat cooking spray
16 thick low fat sausages
6 rashers lean back bacon, chopped
2 x 415g reduced sugar and salt baked beans
1 400g can chopped toms
1tbsp worcestershire sauce
25g dark brown soft sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
twist each sausage into 2 smaller pieces and cut apart. Lightly coat a non stick frying pan with cooking spray, add half the sausages and brown for 3-4 mins, shaking the pan occasionally so that they colour evenly.
Tip into a flameproof casserole dish, then brown the remaining sausages in the same way and add these to the casserole.
fry the bacon for 2 mins in frying pan then stir into sausages, adding baked beans, chopped toms, worcestershire sauce, sugar and seasoning. bring to simmer, cover and cook gently for 20mins.
