Hi Claire, I want to try this recipe but the lamb chops we get out here are usually quite thin and scrawny, will this matter???

I think it will because of the bones, just try lamb steaks or neck cut up into chunks instead of chops or cutlets xx

Hi Claire, I did it anyway and it was lovely, had to use beef oxo as we don't have any lamb but it was still fab. So gonna do more slow cooker things. xx

Yum, this sounds lovely. I have lamb cutlets in the freezer so might get hubby to make this. x
