Now I will have to wait until my current bananas are over ripe to make again. gutted, as wanted to make more tonight!

OMG!
Funny though I never thought to freeze bananas!
What a shame but when you eat it next time it will be SO worth the wait..

Make sure they are really ripe like when the skin goes quite black, or the taste wont be the same. Its more bananary (is that a word? ) the more ripe they are IYKWIM. xxxx

Well Im really pleased you all like it. As with Bevs idea, I do sometimes when feeling lazy chuck it all in the food proc to blend instead of doing it manually, esp when short of time. I wanted to put nuts in but hubby doesnt like them so that went out the window, but think they would be great added extra. x x x

I made this yesterday and it was scrummy, I couldn't wait for the bananas to ripen so I baked them in their skins wrapped in foil, still delicious, thanks xxx
