i would be more than happy to. I love baking and never have enough willing test subjects. It lasts quite a few days (not that it gets chance to in my house!) so it should travel well.

PM me your address and i will happily make you some

This is how I convert temperatures:

225 F 110°C Gas ¼ Very cool
250 F 130°C Gas ½
275 F 140°C Gas 1 Cool
300 F 150°C Gas 2
325 F 170°C Gas 3 Very moderate
350 F 180°C Gas 4 Moderate
375 F 190°C Gas 5
400 F 200°C Gas 6 Moderately hot
425 F 220°C Gas 7 Hot
450 F 230°C Gas 8
475 F 240°C Gas 9 Very hot

Hope that helps

You can also find conversion tables online or use the google calculator

depends if you count the bananas. with it being cooked you are supposed to, but i dont coz you wont be eating it all in one go.
works out to about 101 syns for the whole loaf, so if you slice it into 10, that'll be 10 syns per slice thats just a rough calculation, not counting bananas
