quick and easy chicken nuggets

heheh I am such a fan of these! I think AK should give Bear a prize for them! We had them for our tea on Sat night so scrummy, I coated the chicken with peanut butter then put into the bread crumbs also dipped a few in sweet chilli sauce and then in bread crumbs so tasty!

i agree, ooooh i'm going to try the peanut butter and the sweet chilli sauce. sounds lovely. (i haven't had chicken nuggets for years. i think they will be on the menu at least once a week now ) xxxxxx

made these last night and froze them all so haven't 'tested' them yet but they looked and smelt yummy.

Cooked these today and Ruby (who can be fussy when it comes to chicken) loved them!!! so did mummy. I made with chicken thigh fillets so the meats was a bit less chewy like Bear said and were fab. so thanks Bear for posting this.

They are yummy, I make them all the time for mine. So simple.

they are lovely make them for Jess all the time sometimes I use chicken mini breast fillets and just cover them in breadcrumbs, I'm making today x

Finally got round to making these.... They are in the oven as I type and smell yummy!
