Can I be really thick here, if you freeze them at what point do you freeze them - when they are raw but rolled in the egg and breadcrumbs or after you have cooked them so when you defrost you are just reheating them?

Sorry for being so thick.

You arent silly!
You got it right first time, make them up roll in breadcrumbs etc then freeze them. I freeze them in large tupperware type boxes spread out so the nuggets arent on top of one another IYKWIM. I normally take mine out of the freezer in the morning ready for the evening so they are already defrosted when they go in the oven, but I suppose you could defrost in the micro for quickness or even in the oven, just give them longer to cook!!

HTH. xx

Just made a batch of these and thought I'd freeze half uncooked and would cook half and then freeze so I could try one. They are yummy, have had to stop myself going back in the kitchen or I'd eat the lot!!!

Thanks Bear.
