Thumbs up Upside-down Rhubarb Crumble

Hello All
Just thought I would share this pudding my L/O loves:

Upside-Down Rubarb Crumble
4 or 5 pieces of frozen Rubarb
Tablespoon Fresh Orange Juice
1 Organix Rusk
6 teaspoons Yeo valley Natural Yougurt

Makes 2 Portions

Gently simmer the Rubarb in the OJ until tender enough to mash with a fork
Crumble the rusk into two small pots (half a rusk in each)
Spoon on cooled rubarb
Top with 3 teaspoons of yougut per pot
