Sardine roll
Just made these for Ben and he wolfed them down.
Cheesey pastry, I rubbed together 225g flour and 100g butter to bread crumbs, then added 75g grated cheddar and enough cold water to bring it together 2-3 tbsps. Then chill.
Divide into 6 and roll into rectangles. On each one spread some chopped red onion (I used 3 between them all) and a chopped cherry tomato-on about a third down the middle- and either a squirt of ketchup or tomato puree, then place enough 2 sardines with a slice of cheese on top and fold pastry over the top. Cook for about 3o minutes at 190.
