Default veggie egg-fried rice

1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp garlic puree
140g chopped fresh or frozen peppers
handful of broccoli florets
140g cooled cooked rice
1 egg beaten

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan add the garlic puree and stir breifly. Add the peppers and broccoli florets stir-fry for three minutes. tip in the rice and add for another 3-4mins. Make a well in the centre of the rice and egg. Cook for 1 min then stir the egg into the rice. Season to taste and soy sauce if you wish and serve

This is going to sound a stupis question but do you add the broccoli when frozen or cook it first or if its not from frozen do you still cook it first? Can you re-heat this?x x

this can be frozen and re heated i usually cook the broccili first you dont have to but it amkes easier for the los to eat.
