4 plain digestive biscuits
2 large bananas
200ml low fat yogurt
2tbsp maple syrup
2 passion fruit
Coarsely crush the digestive biscuits and divide them between four dishes next slice the bananas and arrange a few pieces over the biscuit layer then spoon the yogurt over the the fruit and add anouther banana layer. Drizzle the maple syrup over top. Cut the passion fruits in half then squeeze the juice and seeds over the trifles one half per dish. Leave in the fridge to chill for at least twenty minutes
