Wow these are scrummy! Just got the thumbs up from Hubby too. Gonna freeze the rest.

Assume they can be cooked from frozen? How much longer do they need in oven? Sorry for dumb questions

I made these today for Finlay's lunch and he ate 2!!!!!!!!!! Little piggy. I tried one and they are so scrummy it's unbelieveable!!

Gave 3 across the road to my friends, she ate 2 and let one of her staff have 1 (reluctantly) and hubby has just come in and eaten 2!!!! Only 1 left, now the dilemma.................. do I go and have it now as a bit peckish or should I be a good Mummy and let Finlay have it for lunch again tomorrow????? Hmmmmmmm

these sound gorgeous and easy too. Does the mash have to be quite dry/stiff not sloppy im guessing? Is it just mashed potato as in potatoes mashed or mash potato as in potato mashed with milk/butter? Sorry if im being thick-Im a novice in the kitchen!

I add a tiny splash of milk to the pots, just to make them easier to mash. But you are right not too sloppy.
