Made these y'day, but used shortcrust pastry (tring to cut down on the mess!). They were really, really nice. Hubby nearly burnt his mouth as he was being so impatient!!!

Just got a batch of these in the oven, the filling tastes fab prebaked so they should be scrummy. They are indeed scrummy, I reckon you could substitute the cheese for corned beef and that would also be lovely. x
