Yum yum! Made this tonight as got salmon in Tescos as was on offer: DH and I had a portion, Rhys too tired to eat his portion so potted it up with the rest of the pie and now we have 4 dinners for Rhys in the fridge.

Initially was worried that there wasnt going to be enough salmon in a portion to satisfy DH but there was as the salmon was quite a strong flavour but a nice flavour! I added some dried tarragon to the white sauce too as I tend to stick herbs in everything I cook! And the fact theres heaps of veg in it is great: DH and I am going to start weightwatchers over the weekend so will work outthe points in the pie and post that: could make it less fatting by using skimmed milk and a stronger but less qty of cheese maybe?

Ta Ellie!

I read this a while back but never actually made it. Sounds so good though and everything, except for the salmon and broccoli, is on my weekly shopping list so even better

I am always looking for new recipes now. Im fed up of doing the same thing all the time.
