Hi,
This recipe sounds delicious, I was just wondering if this dish would work just as well with Turkey thigh????

I'm sure it would. I regularly swap over chicken and turkey in recipes depending on which is better value when I'm shopping. I make something very similar but with raisins and curry powder added and it always works well for me with both chicken and turkey.
