Garlic & thyme wedges

[Alexanders mummy]

10oz small salad potatoes
2 cloves of crushed garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 sprigs of thyme
2 tsp olive oil

Par boil the spuds for 20 mins
Cut each one into wedges.
Put the garlic on & cook for 20 mins in an oven heated to 180c
Remove & add the lemon juice & thyme & cook for another 15 mins.

Alexander loves these & none go to waste!
