Made this toning from a recipe on the internet and tweaked it a little to make it SW friendly.
Oven roasted cubed sweet potatoes sprinkled with cumin, coriander and paprika. Sprayed with fry light for about 30 mins. Fried off onions and garlic, Fried bacon with all fat cut off, put all in a apan with chicken stock and brought to the boil and blended…….yummmmmmm!!
