Default Any good Cous cous recipes?

I need some more cous cous recipes, atm I mainly make it with some raisins, apricots and mixed spice and it is amazing with chicken but im getting a bit bored and want something else.

Any ideas?

i make it like this

veg stock to make it with, then add in 2tsp ras el hanout spice mix and chopped cucumber, spring onions & toms

red onion - chopped really small, slighty fried
toasted pine nuts
crumbled feta cheese
masses of chopped flat leaf parsely
cous cous

nice
