need some inspiration ladies, we've got Sophie's 1st birthday party tomorrow and I've got a bag of new potatoes to cook what do you do with yours? I either boil or roast but want to do something different, thanks in advance xxx

I roast mine with lots of garlic/onion.. yummy

I was going to suggest a potato salad. Theres a recipe in the JO ministy of food. Either that or i boil them, then drain, put into a bowl with a knob of butter squeeze of lemon juice and some fresh chopped mint then coat them all in that.

I was going to say potato salad too. Or how about roast them either in oven or on BBQ with olive oil sea salt & rosemary - mmmmm! Hope you all have a lovely day hun. x

i often boil them then crush them then mixing with pesto very yummy

thanks for the ideas ladies got the potato salad sorted so might roast them with garlic and rosemary and maybe give the pesto a whirl too xxx
