Thumbs up AK's Moroccan meatball Tagine

I've just made this for our dinner tonight and had a little taste and this is soooo yummy I thought I would just do a post to say so for you to give it a try. Finlay not eaten yet but being the nightmare he is with food at the minute I doubt he'll eat it anyway but I think it's absolutely lovely and can't wait to have these for dinner tonight!! Give it a go xx

Emma you would not believe how amazingly happy it made me!! This boy has not eaten a proper meal in I don't know how long!!!! And when I first put it in front of him he gave it that "what the hell is this, I'm not eating that" look and I told him not to look at it like that, it had taken me ages to cook it so he was going to at least try it!!!! Lol and he did and then ate the lot! It's on the recipe page on here, it's really yummy, we loved it too

Ive got a reciepe for Morrocan chicken Tagine in one of my AK books and we all love that too. Evan always eats it all up. Its made with grated sweet potato, carrot and apricots so really good for the diet too So sweet and yummy and lovely!
