Default Mincemeat TeaBread

I made a batch of these this afternoon supposedly for Christmas but between hubby & Alexander they have nearly all gone. These are very scrummy though & very easy to make.
This makes 2 loaf cake tin sizes.

150g unsalted butter
150g light brown sugar
2 eggs
225g sr flour
225g mincemeat (from a jar will do)
100g each of currants & sultanas
25g dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 160 c & grease 2 450g loaf tins.
Put all the ingredients into a bowl & beat well till well mixed.
Pour into the tins & level off.
Bake for about 1 1/2 hrs or until a skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool & slice & serve.

Mincemeat is sweet, its currants, sultanas, lemon peel etc in a jar,we use it to make mince pies.
