Alexanders mummy is infamous around these parts
Default Turkey crumble

This dish is lovely when its cold outside.

300g turkey breast chopped
2 carrots sliced & diced
1 leek shredded
100g garden peas
250ml chicken stock
100ml passata
1 tbsp cornflour

For the crumble
150g plain flour
50g butter
50g cheddar cheese

Cook the turkey in a large pan.
Add the veg,cook for approx 5 mins
Add the stock & passata.Simmer for 20 mins.
Mix the cornflour with a little water & mix into the turkey mixture
Preheat the oven to 190c,place the turkey mix into an oven dish.
Make the crumble & spoon on top of the turkey,sprinkle the cheese & cook for 25 mins.

Lovely & yummy too.

Mmmm that sounds nice. Think I might give that ago for me & my hubby. My LO is a bit too young at the moment. xx
