Chicken & Plum stir fry
We used to have this pre-Alexander so i have just modified it a little to make it baby friendly.
2 chicken breasts
1 chicken thigh shredded
5 average sized plums skinned & chopped
a pinch of chinese 5 spice
50g frozen peas
50g frozen sweetcorn
small broccoli broken into small pieces
100ml veg stock
300g rice
1 egg
Cook the chicken till nearly cooked through.
Boil the rice.
Add the veg to the chicken,plums,5 spice & veg stock.Cook for 5 mins.
When rice is cooked place in a pan & stir in the beaten egg.
Serve the rice & add the chicken & veg.
