sweet potato mish mash

this is truly yummy and Imo is lucky if she gets all of it!!! All maest and fish goes well,

2 large sweet potato
1 large leek, white part only
big head of broccali

I use a two tier steamer for this as it is healthier and less washing up!
I put the sweet potato in the bottom for about 15 mins, the broccali in the middle for about10 mins and the leeks for the last 5-7 mins. When all cooked, mash and add cheese, frezzes well
