Default Fruity lamb and cous cous

This is very yummy and Imo eats every bit!!! Sorry the measurments are'nt great but it works well evry time

10 cubes of lamb
1/2 red pepper, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 table spoons tom puree
enough salt free stock to cover
100g cous cous
handful raisons

Fry lamb, then onions and carrots and then peppers. Cover with stock and simmer on stove for hour or oven foe hour, adding raisons last 10 mins. Add the cooked cous cous after whizzing to right consistency. Frezzes well

This sounds nice, will have a try. Do you buy the salt free stock cubes or make it yourself ?

Hi, i made this when you originally put the recipe up and can recommend it. I use Kallo low salt veg stock as it only contains a trace of salt and u can tell by the concistency of it, very natural.
