we had these for tea tonight! Oh my god, I forgot how scrummy they are! will definately be doing them again soon It was the first time OH has had them and he was very impressed. And so was Evan, he couldnt get enough of them.

I also served them up with sweetcorn and homemade chips (made with Fry Lite 1 cal spray) and I spinkled on some dried corriander leaf (was the first herb I came too) and they were really yummy too. Evan wasnt going to eat them because he 'doesnt like the green bits' but I made him take a bite and he said, "ooh I forgot I like these, they are nice now."

twas a big hit all round

Yay!!! Am actually doing these for our dinner tonight, Finlay's never had them before but somehow I doubt they'll be a hit with him

We just had ours and they were yum yum yum And even Finlay ate them (well, the chicken he ate, asked him to try a bit of pepper and he did bless him but then carried on to gag and throw it back up again won't be asking him to try peppers again Lol)

Hope you enjoy them We still have these a lot, make them with lamb too, same marinade and I add in some chilli flakes, serve in pitta bread with salad and chips
