cooking frozen fish pies

I have made some of AK's fish pies in ramekins and frozen them - can i cook straight from frozen when needed or do i defrost first?

I would cook straight from frozen I think-but may need more time.

I'm making Rosie some of these tomorrow and will freeze them. When I've frozen them in the past I've defrosted them before cooking and had no problems at all. HTH xx
