its sponge cake, sorry i think im getting confused with different names. here is kind of what i was after
4 oz margerine 4 oz caster sugar 2 medium eggs 4 oz self raising flour cream marg and suger, beat in eggs, fold in flour. put into paper cases and bake i figure i could probably just add some cinamon to this to get what i was after but dont know how much i dont want to have to involve yeast or anything just do some sponge cakes that i can have with cream or ice cream for breakfast sometimes. |
