2 tomatoes skinned and deseeded
1 tablesoon plain flour 15g butter or marg 4 fl oz full fat milk 30g baby pasta shapes 1. cook the pasta according to pack instructions 2. melt the butter or marg in a seperate saucepan then add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes until soft. 3. stir in the flour and add the milk slowly. 4. simmer for 1-2 minutes. 5. stir in the cooked pasta and puree to consistency required!
