I am a firm believer in random acts of kindness, to bring a smile to others in little ways, it feels good to be nice to others and be the best version of your-self also...

It could be telling the old lady in the co-op about the cream buns on special offer, or buying a big issue seller a cup of hot chocolate, making teas for the workers out in the cold (builders) perhaps if handing out words of kindness is a little too bold for our english reserve do any-thing that helps others...holding doors open for others...on leaving car parks if I have a ticket with time left I hunt out a car with time just about to expire and then stick my ticket to the windscreen...smile at polite drivers

TODAY - I took in cakes to the teachers at my childs school. One of the teachers said she had been there since 7.30 and hadn't had breakfast yet...so I took in some cakes (not home made just ones from sainsburys)
