Hi
I was wondering if anybody could help me with my son's terrible eating issues.
I spent 18 months using the Annabel Karmel cook books until one day my son decided he wouldn't eat.
All advice given to me by friends, family and health visitor was to offer food and if he's hungry he'll eat it. But my son is stubborn and while at his childcare provider he will spend 10 hours a day turning his nose up at everything.
His diet consists of, cous cous (plain), bread sticks, toast with marmite, and dry crackers.... Oh and almost anything sweet like. I am pulling my hair out with frustration over this but never let him see that this frustrates me as I don't want him to feel negative energy while he's eating etc. because he is not under weight my doctor wont send me to a nutritionist, does anybody else have this problem?
I almost had a break through the other week when he 'tried' a ham sandwich, he was really positive and seemed please with himself for doing it, but the whole time he was reaching, which stopped him from wanting to try more then a few nibbles.
Please Help!!
