Lump / foreign object in AK Toddler Meal

I fed my little girl a AK beef cottage pie last night and was horrified to find my daughter choking on what I can only describe as a lump / foreign body. I emailed a complaint last night, as I was very upset and was actually sick at the thought of what my daughter had eaten. I am more upset as I have not had a response from you, and I cannot locate a telephone number anywhere to log my complaint. I have photographs which I can forward to you, I do not want to scare other parents, so would appreciate contact from you asap.

I just thought i would respond on here as well as having already spoken to you on the telephone. We are so sorry for the distress caused to your daughter and your family, as this incident is completely unacceptable. As you know there is an investigation going on at the factory to see what went wrong. Hopefully this matter can be resolved in the near future and we thank you for your patience.

I have still not had a response from your company regarding the identification of the gristle in my little girls cottage pie, which I feel is totally unacceptabel from a company claiming to have childrens health and nutition as their priority. I am totally dissatisfied with how this has been dealt with, I get the distinct impression that AK is not interested. I have more contact from Sainsburys (where I purchased the meal) and from Propak who actually make the meals.
