Default Chicken Sliders recipe...stupid question :)

Hi I want to try the chicken slider recipe from the site (for 16 month old divil who just won't eat meat now)
I am following this recipe Finger Foods For Infants - Chicken Sliders
but...while it says what to do with the rest of the ingredients it doesn't specify what to do with the chicken, it just says at one point combine the ingedients and chop in a processor for a minute.
Should the chicken be diced up, prior to this? or what?
Thanks in advance, if anyone has tried this recipe.

Ingredients

3 slices white bread, crusts removed
4 tbsp milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion (approx 125g) chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
250g chicken
2 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp tomato chutney
1 tsp tomato puree
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method:

Put the bread in a food processor to make breadcrumbs. Add the milk and leave to soak.

Meanwhile, sauté the onion for 5 minutes in the olive oil until softened. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute.

Combine all the ingredients together. Season to taste. Chop for about a minute in a food processor.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Drop the mixture by tablespoons into the pan. Press down slightly using a wet teaspoon.

Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.

i made something similiar to this once for my lo when he was young, chicken & apple balls of something.

i would suggest cutting up the chicken into pieces to put in the blender, it goes really pappy & mushy too if you over blend.

good luck!

ps i never made the chicken balls again they were not liked & were too much effort x
