I assume these are the same as ice-pops we have. You can freeze all sorts: fresh fruit juice, fruit purées, fruit purée mixed in with natural yoghurt. You can make home made ice-cream (basically home-made custard with vanilla seeds or fruit purée added) and freeze this.

Some of my favourites this summer were mango and yoghurt, banana and yoghurt (might go a bit brown in colour but tastes really good) and strawberry/raspberry and orange.

I just use greek yoghurt or any natural unflavoured unsweetened ones ('cause I try to avoid as much added sugars in general as I can).

we buy fruit smoothie (in the carton), then pour into icepop moulds., they make lovely ice pops. or freshly squeezed fruit juice (pineapple is fantastic), to make ice pops. really simple & gives them their fruit portion too.

Whatever you want really. Just mix and taste, if it tastes good unfrozen it will be just as good frozen.
