Ok I am loosing my mind! my DS will only eat chicken soup with veggies (but spits out the chicken) and fruit.
He will not eat meat of any kind :-( I have always cooked home made meals but he just refusses everything. He is still having 3 5 oz bottles of milk, I have tried not giving him any and putting it in a sippy cup but he refusses. Just screams all day he is a big boy weighing approx 30lb What meals can I cook that you think he might eat. He hates finger food and usually only eats with a spoon and fork. (but he will eat biscuits!! although he gets them very rarely) Help! |

I no I shouldnt worry but you do! I am just so worried he will be a fussy eater when I have tried to give him such a variety of different foods.Just have to keep persevering. He has been up 1 hour already and still refuses breakfast ![]() |

I have found with my eldest that I just had to keep trying him with different types of food, you won't be successful with all of them. There was an interesting programme on last night about kids and food and they were saying that research shows that on average you have to try a child with the same food 15-16 times before they will accept it. So you are not alone!

they all have phases of odd eating, some kids eat better than others so just have realistic expectations of what you want him to eat IYKWIM?
