First time ever I bought one of the lasagnes yesterday and noticed the same thing (wouldn't have normally but ofc 'cause I read this thread I did). I'm sure it relates to fish dishes rather than anything else and small bones in fish dishes wouldn't be an issue as they are well cooked so would be soft enough to eat but you'd still need to point out to people that they might be there. Can't say I thought twice about it myself.
I will say this though. The lasagne went down a treat which I was well happy with. We were in transit on our way back to Switzerland from a visit home so it was pretty much the best/only option available to us. Freddie has been sick half the week and slow to touch most things we gave him to eat, but he wolfed that down so he must have really liked it. If
