Default "May contain small bones"?

I bought a pack of 'annabel karmel - eat fussy - beef cottage pie'. On the box it says "you can be asssured they are suitable for your little ones" and that it is a "time saving convenience every busy parent needs". But then after getting the product home, inside the box on the film cover of the food tray it says "May contain small bones"! A bit of a surprise that one. I understand that it is purely there to stop you from getting sued if someone's small child dies after choking on one of the possible bones that may be in the pie. But it is hardly reassuring to think that there may be bones in there, and a busy parent is surely too busy to be filtering the food through a sieve before serving. It's not really food you can trust is it.

If you do decide to filter the food through a sieve please film this and upload the video. I am unsure how to do this and wouldn't want to get it wrong should I decide to follow this process for my little poppet.

First time ever I bought one of the lasagnes yesterday and noticed the same thing (wouldn't have normally but ofc 'cause I read this thread I did). I'm sure it relates to fish dishes rather than anything else and small bones in fish dishes wouldn't be an issue as they are well cooked so would be soft enough to eat but you'd still need to point out to people that they might be there. Can't say I thought twice about it myself.

I will say this though. The lasagne went down a treat which I was well happy with. We were in transit on our way back to Switzerland from a visit home so it was pretty much the best/only option available to us. Freddie has been sick half the week and slow to touch most things we gave him to eat, but he wolfed that down so he must have really liked it. If

Sorry but this just sounds utterly daft to me.
