Default chicken sliders question??

Hi,
I am in the process of making AK chicken sliders.. I'm a bit unsure about the freezing part of it...

Does anyone know if you cook them through and then freeze them OR shape them and freeze and cook when defrosted/needed???

Thanks

You can do both. If I freeze them cooked then I usually just reheat them in the microwave (after defrosting them overnight in the fridge or in the microwave on the defrost setting).

If they are frozen uncooked then you can cook them from frozen, or thawed. If I am cooking from frozen (which I usually am) I just lob them in the oven till cooked, about 20-25 mins for the size I make.

You can freeze it no problem, I did this all the time for my LO when he was little - froze the chicken in ice cube trays, veg in others then took out whatever mix I liked each day for his meal.

With frozen meat it is really important to reheat thoroughly, so make sure it is steaming hot and then cool it down before you give it to him.
