Default What do you feed your toddler when having cold and cough?

Hi every one,
My 2 year old is suffering from cold and cough and i was wondering what do you all feed your's in this conditions? soup is always a good idea but he refuses the soft texture and in the same time, he cannot chew to eat hard food !! any advises..

I tend to offer what i normally would, if they dont feel up to eating then not to worry.

Lots of drinks.

Hope your LO is better soon.

make sure they have plenty of fluids.
If they have a cough then you need to keep mucous at bay, so try to avoid too much dairy and avoid orange juice too.
Apple juice good if they like it as has the vit C they need.

food wise, anything they fancy - but maybe a smaller portion - they can always have seconds if they eat it all - Tilly tends to leave it all if the portion size puts her off.

Thanks for the support.. his coughs are still bad so we started the antib this is his first time on it and im not so very found of antib but there was no other choice
will try to keep him on simple dite. today he had chicken soup for lunch.. full success
