Fussy 18 month old

I have real problems feeding my 18 month old daughter. She is fine with things like sandwiches and cereal but if i try to introduce new foods she just gags and is usually sick. For her main meal I am still having to give her jars which she will happily eat. I have tried various things but she is always gagging or sick. Has anyone else had these problems as I am worried she is a one off!!

Not had these probs myself but i would say just keep offering her new foods as sometimes it can take a while for them to accept a new food. Also with the jars I would prob just make whatever you are having and mix it in with the jar gradually reducing the amount of jarred food over time. Is she ok with lumpy food? x
