Default Meat refusal...

I have been v lucky with Rhys eating most things til the last week or two: Now he wont eat meat even as bolognese or cottage pie or even chicken in nuggets. Which is annoying cos I hide vegs in the sauce as he will refuse to eat salad or vegs by themselves unless its peas...

The only way he will eat meat is as a burger...

So have just made pork burgers (and pork meatballs) and have made some mince burgers too.

Aaarggghhh.. 'Pose at least even if its burgers, he's getting meat and the bread will be his carbohydrate bit of his meal as he'll eat plain rice but will fuss abt the pasta unless "its a cheesey bit"...

Just want to give off as I'm running outta ideas and time to get him back on track before baby comes!!!!!

Hi, my lg did this a couple of months ago. Just went off meat. she couldn't be bothered to chew it! Every meal I still put meat on her plate and she either ate it or didn't. Eventually she started to eat it, then explaining (or should I say stropping) pieces were too big to chew so I cut them really small, now she eats it all again... xxx
