Default Frozen Veg

Hi, am hoping that someone can help me out here. I've tried everything possible to get my daughter to eat vegetables and have had no joy. However, I'd heard a few people saying that they give their child frozen veg straight out of the freezer and that they love it. I've just tried this and, at last, success! My daughter couldn't get enough of it. I'm slightly worried though that eating frozen food can't be good for her. Should I be worried or just relieved that I've finally found a way to get her to eat veg??

Thanks

what a fab idea - would never have thought of that!

Can't see there being anything wrong with that.

I definitely don't think it is a problem. Don't they say some frozen veg like peas for example are more nutritious than fresh as they are frozen as soon as they are picked. I wouldn't worry it's better than eating no veggies. x

Great, thanks everyone. Well it doesn't seem to be doing her any harm and she gets excited now whenever I open the freezer!
